I have to admit that I definitely wouldn’t be writing today if I weren’t doing NaBloPoMo. Which I guess is the point. I’m struggling with this; I don’t consider myself a writer, and this feels like a stretch. But I’m so psyched that I’ve made it to day 25. I’m convinced that having made it this far I’ll definitely finish. The past two days were the toughest with the traveling and holiday, and if I didn’t have my phone it wouldn’t have happened. I’m currently writing offline but we’re going into town later and I can upload yesterday’s and today’s posts soon. I suppose I could have brought my laptop, but with all the gear for the kids and the dog, it’s nice not to have to schlep one more thing.
We’re going the Hobart Book Village this afternoon, specifically to visit the Bibliobarn (the only exception I make on Buy Nothing Day is to support the lovely folks at the Bibliobarn buy buying a few used books – not sure if I’ll even do that this year).
