Wildlife Cam
At the cabin in the Catskills, my folks got a ‘ trail cam’ or wildlife cam to photograph the wildlife around the property. It takes infra red photos on a motion sensor of a given outdoor area, and is a wonderful tool to supplement tracking or censusing data.We were thrilled to discover that the camera captured photos not only of the expected deer and coyote that roam the area, but a black bear as well. Black bear walking away from camera
Eastern coyote; head was inĀ motion and got blurred.
And a buck walking away.
